Thursday October 30, 2014 - Ita's daycare party

Tuesday October 28, 2014 - Our Pumpkin got his face..

Campbell decided that it had to have eyes like Batman, a nose like a parrot and a mouth with sharp teeth on bottom and not sharp teeth on top but in a smiling face so that it isn't scary..

Needless to say from this description I needed a little help with what he thought this stuff looked like.. so he gave me more help as we went along and here he is with his pumpkin design.. Luckily he was happy with how it turned out..

Sunday October 26, 2014 - Carving of the Pumpkin and Decorating..

So today me and the boys decided to carve the pumpkin outside on the front step in the sun.. Really a ploy from me to get them outside to play for a while.. cause the sun can not be taken for granted this time of year.

Here they are pulling the top off..

Campbell got right in there to grab some of the guts with his hands.. and loved it..

Miles reached in and came out with a seed.. wasn't so keen on the guts..

Campbell liked the guts so much that he reached into the bucket to get another good handful..

This time Miles was up for it too.. Can't be left out this one..

We decided that we would stay outside and finish decorating and then when we went back in that they could design the pumpkin face with paper and markers and we would do the face on the pumpkin later..

Sunday October 19, 2014 - Pumpkin Hunt

So today we decided to head over to Millers farm to get our pumpkin for this year. It turned out to be a lot colder than we thought. We waited to go in the afternoon hoping that it would warm up but not much luck with that. Oh well still had fun and found a great pumpkin.

Friday October 17, 2014 - Miles' School

So I have been looking for classes to do with Miles on Fridays for quite some time and the gymnastics class that I used to do with Campbell doesn't have that age group on Fridays anymore. I finally found something and even though it is a bit of a drive away I signed him up.. It is nice to have something structured for part of the day.. This class is called Sporty Kids and I figured he would love it. 2 hours and need to bring a snack and water..
Told Miles about and he was super excited to have his own class. When we pulled up the first day (which was the middle of September), he was super excited to see that it was in a brick building and screamed it looks just like Campbell's school. It doesn't really but he was excited.. so whatever..
Found out it was a drop off class.. so much for getting to do a class with him.. but he loved it so much and is so excited about having his own school to go to on Fridays (he tells everyone about it) that I couldn't take him out of it.. oh well.. we have the rest of the day together.. and it is only until the middle of December. Here is a picture of our big boy in front of his cubby at his own school.. Love this..

Wednesday October 15, 2014 - Photo Day..

So today was photo day at Campbell's school. So the night before I got him to pick out what he wanted to wear so that we weren't too crazy in the morning trying to find something that he wanted to wear but might not even be clean.. He wanted to dress up in a shirt and tie and then of course his shadow Miles wanted to wear a tie to Ita's too.. They looked so cute I had to get some pictures of them before they left for their day.. They look so much older to me when they are all dressed up.. LOVE IT though..
And of course as a Mom, I love when they put their arms around each other for pictures.. yes I am a mush.. Always.. :)
